Bacon was an just a delicious idea spinning around for a couple of years with my business partner and close friend from Sounds del Mar. After joining up with some brothers from a different mother, we built Bacon. Overall all build out, interior/exterior design.

Our namesake is plentiful and available in many flavors, in simple yet customizable dishes. Using fresh and locally-sourced ingredients, Bacon offers a variety of dishes with a special emphasis on adding a new spin to old favorites. We take great pride in using the best ingredients we can to make the very best food we can.

Yahoo was going to make a statement for SXSW 15. Brazos Hall hosted the 2-story, week-long party. Over 40 pieces of fabricated furniture, shelving and bars. A living wall was built along with staging and printed vinyl for faux walls. Custom step repeat back drops for the red carpet photos. Designed & fabricated custom aluminum stands for light panels and a custom 20' foot aluminum outdoor sign for street view, and a custom 16' steel circle truss.
